We are a full service builder. While other builders may refuse to deal with certain aspects of the designing and building process, we will work with the client to help make their experience a good one. CMH will be involved as little or as much as you need; starting with land preparation and planning, to material selection, decorating and/or landscaping. Whatever your needs, you can count on us to accommodate.
If you decide that you love your current home, but that it needs a little fine tuning, we can provide a remodeling budget and blueprint. We can work with you to expand and update your existing structures.
Development – Thinking about purchasing a lot? Thinking about building on your land? Do you know how to start the process? We can help. CMH will walk your lot or acreage to help you decide on a building site, guide you though septic design, well issues, road and driveway placement and site excavation.
Design – We can design a custom plan for you. Our design team has years of experience and has built many homes from the designs we have created. Our company will provide you with a professional rendering of your floor plan, so that it is easier to envision your future home. If you have a plan in mind from a website or book, CMH will help you decide which one is best for your needs.
